I’m Sakshi Bansal, an aeronautical-engineer and lawyer who swapped aircraft manuals and legal briefs for measuring cups and macros when I realised that the fuel we give our bodies shapes every corner of life. After eight high-pressure years with Air India, IndiGo and Zomato—juggling overnight shifts, tight deadlines and, eventually, pregnancy—I set out to answer two big questions: What nutrient mix keeps a baby (and a busy adult) truly thriving, and how can we eat well without crash-diet misery? That quest led me to earn a Certified Nutritionist credential (NFNA-accredited) and an Internationally Accredited Certificate in Nutrition, and I’m now translating research into everyday meals while pursuing a PhD in Law at ITM University. My engineer’s eye brings lab-level rigour to your blood-work analysis; my legal training guarantees ethical, transparent advice; and my real-world experience means every plan respects your culture, timetable and taste buds. My Journey

I grew up in a tiny village where fresh milk, hand-pounded grains and predawn walks to school were my first lessons in resilience. Restless to be everything at once, I earned an aeronautical-engineering degree from Dehradun, logged thousands of sky-hours with Air India and IndiGo, and let my layovers turn into classrooms—tasting millet rotis in Rajasthan at sunrise, swapping spice secrets with home cooks in Kochi, and jogging along the Brahmaputra before dawn patrols. Precision from the hangar floor soon met my passion for justice, pulling me toward a law degree and earning a gold medal from Amity University; motherhood then ignited a deeper question: How does food become the fuel that powers every dream, shift schedule and life stage?

That curiosity pushed me into clinical nutrition, holistic counselling and, today, doctoral research. My journey—rooted in village simplicity, forged in aviation discipline, broadened by cross-country travel and enriched by legal rigour—now drives my mission to guide others toward body-mind balance. I believe the spices you pack from home, the street food you sample in a new city and the meals you share at 36,000 feet can all be part of one nourishing story—your own.
